Refund Items
Orders or specific items in a package may be refunded by reaching out to our support team via the "? Help" Button on the bottom of the website as long as the order has not been shipped out.
We are unable to refund or cancel orders of packages that have been shipped. To prevent disappointment, please confirm your address and item information is correct before finalizing your purchase.
Refunds For Defective Or Damaged Goods
If you have received your items and they are defective or damaged, please reach out to our support team via the "? Help" Button on the bottom of the website with photos of the defect and we will investigate this issue for you. Replacement products and/or refunds may be issued depending on the situation.
All items ship within 14 days from our warehouse located within the continental United States. Our independent team works hard to provide the quickest shipping times possible.
Once the shipping label has been processed, tracking information for each shipment will be provided to all customers to the contact information provided during checkout.
If you are having trouble finding your tracking information (check spam/junk inbox first), or entered incorrect contact information during checkout, please contact us via the "help" icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the webpage with your order number, full name connected to the order, and any other information you have form the order included.
